Revenue diversification

I work with nonprofits to help diversify their revenue—with a dedicated focus on establishing earned revenue—to secure long term financial sustainability. We begin by focusing on an org’s core value proposition and ultimately identify authentic opportunities. The goal is to map out bold yet achievable renewable revenue. I can support your team’s work by:

  1. Conducting a value proposition analysis

I work with brands to design and launch strategic impact initiatives that live in lock step with business objectives. I can help architect new partnership programs or evolve existing ones to support your brand in making a meaningful difference.

Meaningful impact work is born out of a deliberate reflection on a brand’s values, strategic priorities, and goals. I focus on designing programs that are intentionally built around these key factors in order to make a positive impact and deliver on business objectives.

About

Hi, my name’s Adeena and my experience is at the intersection of business and impact.

I’ve worked at a mix of nonprofits and corporate brands for 14 years, and now I’m collaborating independently on projects that make a positive impact.

Before switching to consulting, I led the Business Development team at Crisis Text Line, an amazing group focused on securing the organization’s revenue and strategic partnerships.  Over the course of nearly 5 years we identified and scaled a revenue generating partnership model that put the organization on a path for long term financial sustainability. At the same time, our partnerships helped get the word out about the service, and pushed public conversation around mental health to be more accessible and inclusive. 

Beforehand, I worked at KIND, Amazon, and Simply in marketing, social impact, and business development capacities.

I love art, the power of sports, reading fiction, anything outdoors and family.
